Congratulations, Transition Academy and Project Search Graduates, 2024

Olympia School District’s Transition Academy and Project Search held their graduation ceremony on Friday, June 7, 2024, at the Capital High School Performing Arts Center. Smiles, laughs, happy tears and hugs were shared by attendees.

Graduates spoke during the program, along with Project SEARCH Teacher Lisa Larson, Executive Director of Student Support Ken Turcotte, Secondary Director of Student Support Ruth Middlebrook, Project Search Coordinator for Morningside Stephanie Gregoire, and Transition Academy Teachers Jesse Davis and Julia Calhoon.

After receiving their diplomas, students and their families celebrated with cake during an outdoor reception.

It was a wonderful celebration of family and of the accomplishments made by the graduates.
