On 3/13/24 at 5:38 PM in the 7500 block of 14th Avenue NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Pepper June Johnston, 41, on suspicion of unlawful distribution of controlled substance synthetic narcotic.

On 3/13/24 at 6:29 PM in the 7500 block of 14th Avenue NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Nicholas James Pollard, 38, on suspicion of unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic.

Lacey Police Department

On 3/13/24 at 6:32 AM in the 4400 block of Yelm Highway SE/Corporate Center Drive SE, police arrested Darien D. Rydman, 23, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 3/13/24 at 7:19 AM in the 4600 block of 28th Avenue SE, police arrested Jordan A. Shackelford, 32, on suspicion of 1st degree burglary.

On 3/13/24 at 2:24 PM in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive NE, police arrested Jessica Faye Smith, 41, on suspicion of 1st degree trespassing.

On 3/13/24 at 2:33 PM in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Victor Orlando Garza Marichalar, 38, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

On 3/13/24 at 6:07 PM in the 4200 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Shawnie Nicole Goble, 25, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving while license suspended.

On 3/13/24 at 12:39 AM in the 600 block of Washington Street SE, police arrested Laura Ashley Willis, 34, on suspicion of anti-harassment order violation.

On 3/13/24 at 2:33 AM in the 2600 block of Walnut Loop NW, police arrested Chelsea B. Jennings, 46, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.

Tumwater Police Department

On 3/13/24 at 11:06 AM in the 5700 block of Capitol Boulevard S, police arrested Scott Stephen Gmazel, 63, on suspicion of 1st degree criminal trespass.

Yelm Police Department

On 3/13/24 at 3:40 PM in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Michael Don Parker, 40, on suspicion of 3rd degree theft – shoplifting.
