On 2/6/24 at 12:43 AM in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Steven A. Johnson, 31, 3rd degree theft – shoplifting.

On 2/6/24 at 2:14 AM in the 1300 block of Fern Street SW, police arrested Madson P. Barbosa Filho, 31, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.

On 2/6/24 at 12:31 PM in the 500 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Tammy L. Dunn, 59, on suspicion of urinating in public.

On 2/6/24 at 121:50 PM in the 300 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested David Charles Hoyt, 53, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.

On 2/6/24 at 12:52 PM in the 300 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Bridget Marie Ainsworth, 43, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.

On 2/6/24 at 6:24 PM in the 1600 block of Fones Road SE, police arrested Bret Erich Mackey, 57, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 2/6/24 at 8:46 PM in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Bryce James Jensesn, 23, on suspicions of 1) 2nd degree theft – shoplifting, and 2) possession of controlled substance without prescription.

On 2/6/24 at 10:37 PM in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Cy Russ Lee, 29, on suspicions of 1) misdemeanor warrant, and 2) 3rd degree theft – shoplifting.

Tumwater Police Department

On 2/6/24 at 8:20 AM in the 300 block of Desoto Street SW, police arrested Jesse Ora Martin, 44, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 2/6/24 at 12:19 AM in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Timothy M. Wallace, 32, on suspicion of 2nd degree driving while license suspended.

On 2/6/24 at 5:34 AM in the 11500 block of Bald Hills Road SE, police arrested Ryan Neil Averill, 36, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
