On 3/21/24 at 10:17 AM in the 3800 block of College Street SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Norman Jay Field, 59, on suspicions of 1) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver heroin while armed, 2) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver synthetic narcotic while armed, 3) unlawful possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver marijuana while armed, and 4) 1st degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
On 3/21/24 at 9:56 PM in the Elderberry Street/188th Avenue, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Karyl Rey Bushell, 68, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 3/21/24 at 5:54 PM in the 4700 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Justin David Jetton, 28, on suspicion of indecent exposure.
On 3/21/24 at 9:27 PM in the 1300 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Tiffani M. Smith, 31, on suspicions of 1) theft shoplifting, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

On 3/21/24 at 8:03 PM at 2900 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Justus Ryan David Crofton, 29, on suspicion of 2nd degree burglary.
On 3/21/24 at 11:32 PM in the 2700 block of Harrison Avenue NW, police arrested Shane Aaron Connor, 42, on suspicion of 2nd degree theft shoplifting.

On 3/21/24 at 19:24 PM in the 9000 block of Wilkensen Road SE, police arrested James Andrew Barrett, 52, on suspicion of failure to transfer title within 45 days.
