Free Emergency Preparedness Expo

In a world of uncertainties, being prepared can make all the difference. September is National Preparedness Month, and the Thurston County Emergency Management Council invites you to a vital event that could safeguard your family’s future.  

Join the county on Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Yelm Community Center in Yelm for a Free Emergency Preparedness Expo. Attendees will learn how planning, preparing, and knowing what to do can be a lifeline for themselves and their families in the event of an emergency.

The free event will also feature information on how to protect your family from emergencies, including blood donation opportunities. 
Bloodworks Northwest will also be hosting a mobile blood drive at the event.
