South Sound Dance Access is offering free workshops during the Fall Arts Walk on October 5 all workshops will be held at the Olympia Center.
*Creative Dance for Kids ages 5-10 from 2:15-3 p.m.
*Adaptive Dance for people of all abilities, movement sitting, standing, and mobility aides from 3:15-4 p.m.
*Creative Dance for All Ages from 4:15-5 p.m.
*children must be accompanied by an adult
What is Creative Dance?
Creative Dance and Brain Compatible Dance Education uses teaching strategies for diverse learners that create an environment in which the brain is ready and able to learn. Students are given the opportunity to learn dance skills and also to develop their own creative ideas and voices through movement explorations, improvisation, and choreography. Becoming innovative, creative, and collaborative dancers.
