Who wants to be a landlord in this state when the government can suddenly declare a crisis because of a pandemic and your tenants can live rent free while you can't evict? You'd have to be crazy.
Also, Jim, five years ago my average water bill was 25 dollars a month. Then your PUD that you were a commissioner for took over the water system and tripled my bill. Thanks for that. You've done your little part to help make housing affordable!
